We provided funding and/or technical assistance to 28 First Nations families/organisations to generate selfemployment and employment for other others through regenerative land management, honey production, and nurseries for native plant propogation. We provided support to First Nations individuals to find employment and reengage with education through education projects as well as connection to our wide network of businesses with whom we we collaborate. We provided opportunities for First Nations people with disability in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland to connect with mainstream services in support of better social connection, advocacy in relevant local, State and Federal health systems. We advocated for First Nations young people in outofhomecare to access better and culturallyappropriate support in the Child protection system as well as in preparation for transition to independence to avoid the current high rate of homelessness, engagement with the justice system and unemployment upon exiting state care.
