The objects for which the Company is established are: A. To provide services, activities and programs for the relief of poverty, suffering, distress, misfortune and helplessness of people who may be found in Australia, Uganda or other parts of the world, regardless of age, sex, race, ethnic background, religion, political beliefs or marital status. B. To give, donate and/or provide funding to other entities providing direct benevolent relief; and C. To assist in the development and strengthen communities in impoverished areas.
