The objects of the Charity: (1) the furtherment of education through the provision of funds for the purposes of the construction of buildings at Ormiston College; (2) to provide funds whether raised by public donation bequest or otherwise for improving facilities at Ormiston College including the purchase of equipment, books, fittings, computer software and educational aids; and (3) to act as trustee of any trust fund established for the benefit of Ormiston College and to perform all of such powers, duties and obligations conferred upon it as such trustee.
