Orana Support Service delivers a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families in our community. Our housing options include Crisis, Transitional, and Affordable accommodations, supported by locally based tenancy, maintenance, and support coordination teams that provide comprehensive assistance to those in need. Our organisation operates key facilities, including a women s refuge, a men s refuge, and a youth crisis accommodation center, which also incorporates youth bail accommodation. Additionally, we provide transitional and affordable housing to help individuals and families achieve stability and independence. Through our Homelessness Services, we assist young people, individuals, and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We focus on helping them find and sustain suitable housing while building the confidence and skills needed for selfsufficiency. Our Domestic and Family Violence Services offer critical support for women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. The women s refuge provides a safe, secure environment with traumainformed, holistic case management to support recovery. Our Accompanied Children Support Service offers additional, targeted assistance for children, aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have been affected by domestic and family violence. Our Specialist Workers for Children and Young People (SWCYP) focus on breaking the cycle of disadvantage and improving outcomes for children and young people under 18 who are experiencing homelessness or have been impacted by domestic and family violence. Sturt House, our men s refuge, provides crisis accommodation and support for men aged 24 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This service adopts a clientcentered approach and includes intensive case management, rapid rehousing, postcrisis support, and referrals to specialist services. Our Safer Pathways Local Support Services for Men program also offers localised support and case coordination for men who have experienced recent domestic and family violence. For children and young people aged 12 to 18, our 24hour Youth Crisis Accommodation and Bail Accommodation Support Service delivers vital homelessness and housing support, ensuring their safety and access to essential resources. In addition to our core services, Orana Support Service operates two opportunity shops and a motel as part of our progressive social enterprise. All profits are reinvested into enhancing social outcomes for individuals and communities across regional NSW.
