Open Table s work significantly contributed to achieving its mission of providing equitable access to fresh, nutritious food and reducing food waste. Through initiatives like redistributing over 45.5 tonnes of surplus food and delivering 94 No Waste Cook Club workshops, the organization directly addressed food insecurity and empowered individuals with practical skills to minimize waste. Additionally, hosting 59 free community lunches and food markets fostered community connections, aligning with the goal of creating inclusive spaces. These efforts, supported by over 1,793 volunteer hours, demonstrate how Open Table s programs effectively meet its mission and aims.
