Open Hands Community Care is a registered charity organisation with the ACNC, that exists to transform the wellbeing and quality of life of our community one life at a time! We are committed to providing services and opportunities, creating equity and justice for all. We deliver a range of communitybased initiatives that are innovative, relevant & responsive, ensuring members of our community remain engaged and connected. These range from Food Relief Services, Community Services, Disability Support Services, Supports, and Advisory and Advocacy Services particularly for our underserved migrants, refugees and individuals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Backgrounds (CALD).
