Nyamal Holdings Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nyamal Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC ('NAC') and was established to undertake commercial ventures to support and fund the principal objectives of NAC. NAC is registered as a Corporation under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 and was registered as a Public Benevolent Institution with the Australian Charities and Notforprofits Commission (ACNC) on 6 August 2020. The principal objectives of NAC are detailed in the Corporation s Rule Book which is available from the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations.
