In 2024 we provided a range of community based nutrition services via a combination of fee for service programs, government funded grants and contracts in alignment with our strategic objectives. Activities included: cooking classes and clinics for children and people with disabilities to build skills and confidence in preparing healthy meals food and nutrition workshops tailored for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people in detention and low income communities. tailored nutrition programs for parents and carers of children in their first 1000 days and; families with children exhibiting atypical eating behaviors. Nutrition support for schools and early childhood education and care services Working with our partners, local organisations and networks we help build nourishing, affordable and sustainable food environments by providing evidence based practical nutrition information through mainstream media, social media and via the website.
