Birribee Housing continued its successful operations as a registered Aboriginal community housing provider, supporting close to 500 households across NSW in its operating locations. Assisting household members with supports and social engagements that are tailored to their unique circumstances whilst delivering a comprehensive maintenance program that is making inroads into the legacy issues of historical poor maintenance regimes. Birribee Housing is engaging in long procurement programs with key partners to position itself to benefit local Aboriginal communities with a major estate renewal program underway in Tolland and another scheduled for Waterloo South. Birribee Housing has launched its additional programs and is supporting homelessness Aboriginal clients in Western Sydney following extensive community codesign, and is engaging in Moree with community development initiatives that aid in overcoming the impacts upon the community.
