Screenworks has delivered a range of industry development, skills and training programs that have exceeded our KPIs and goals. Our programs support screen practitioners and creatives living in regional Australia to build their skills and connections within the screen industry in order to build their employability, progress their careers and their projects. Programs include Career Pathway Programs for writers, directors and producers, crew development programs to up skill below the line practitioners for film and television crew roles including Regional Crew Pathways Program and Set of Success, as well as a range of workshops. Screenworks connects regional early career practitioners to industry and opportunities in order to fast track careers and projects. Screenworks opportunities and programs are delivered across regional Australia, predominantly in NSW and Queensland. In 2024 Screenworks worked with various state government screen agencies to arrange for support for regional practitioners in their states to attend our annual Regional to Global Screen Forum, including Tasmania, ACT NSW and Queensland.
