NMLL's education team delivered EAL at 5 levels and individualised preaccredited digital literacy courses at two levels, NMLL also offered writing, reading, listening and speaking courses to completement the accredited delivery. The range of experiential learning activities increased to the delight of most students. NMLL's Community Development team offered a range of codesigned community engagement projects., including Neighbourhood Networking*, a knitting group*, and new services including the Food Market, Cool Places*, Gardening*, Noticeboard manager*. Activities marked with an asterisk employed people from local communities. Student support services were enhanced by a partnership with Drummond St, assisting students with a range of issues including homelessness, no income, domestic violence, and legal issues, and a lack of food. NMLL also continued to support the development of the North Melbourne Public Housing Residents Association amongst other community groups.
