NCTC offers programs that have a benevolent focus to support members of our community who are suffering distress particularly as a result of unemployment. NCTC achieves its charitable purposes through the provision of training and support services for the purpose of community growth and wellbeing particularly supporting longterm unemployed, disengaged young people and disadvantaged members of our community. During the last year, we obtained funding from the state government to deliver training and employment programs in business, hospitality and construction to disadvantaged unemployed people of the Noosa community. NCTC provides free community assistance to the most disadvantaged unemployed and young people to develop their employment documentation and open access to our support services such as internet & telephone for jobseeking. Whilst accessing these services, jobseekers have the opportunity to undertake work experience. NCTC continues to deliver training, employment programs and opportunities to support the disadvantage in our community with our community construction projects that provides much needed assistance to local community based organisations with construction projects.
