Support and assistance to victims of adverse medical events and/or errors. Primarily by internet, phone or other related support sometimes in person over coffee. Support and directing victims to other support services, Centrelink, legal advice, HCC, etc. Often just being able to listen and give support in that way. Minor cash assistance and paying for coffee in person, or to listen and/or visit in hospital or other locations. Advocating and lobbying appropriate Ministers, etc. As victims of medical error it's important that someone 'hears' them and while we don't have huge resources being able to redirect effectively is helpful and less lonely for many.
