HAFC provided support and mentoring to disadvantaged adults who wanted to develop a micro business. Several businesses have been started in 2024 HAFC also supported disadvantaged people who finding it difficult to find work. HAFC provided resume writing and interview skills workshops to refugee women. Two Minds skills workshops were run in 2024 to assist the above groups develop resilience in life and job seeking.
