Neighbours Aid Ltd raises revenue through the operation of opportunity shops, as well as the receipt of donations and child sponsorship. These funds are applied to various community projects within Australia. These include a healthy breakfast program for indigenous children at a northQueensland school and providing volunteer opportunities in our stores. Additionally, revenue raised is provided to the Global Development Group, a charity and endorsed Overseas Aid Fund that empowers communities in developing nations and Australia to reach their potential through education, medical care, capacity building, food production and the development medical centers, farming and vocational training initiatives, children's homes, literacy programs for village women and girls, and establishing small businesses.
