The predominant objects for which the Company is established are to advance public and social welfare by recognising and alleviating the impact of past institutional child sexual abuse and related abuse by: a) participating in the National Redress Scheme b) facilitating the provision of direct personal responses to claimants who have requested a response; c) paying the Operator the Funding Contribution under the National Redress Scheme; d) supporting any charitable organisation that in whole or part supports the recognising and alleviating the impact of past institutional child sexual abuse and related abuse; and e) undertaking any other activities in furtherance of the above.
