We assist native title holders to: Regain recognition of their rights and interests in land waters arising from their traditional laws and customs; regain access to their traditional lands and waters; have a voice in relation to the future use and exploitation of their traditional lands and waters; and secure improved land, economic and social justice. The NNTC supports and advocates for first Nations people's right to true selfdetermination their right to speak for and manage their own Country, to govern their own communities, to participate fully in decisionmaking and to selfdetermine their own social, cultural and economic development.
