Musicians Making A Difference

In 2024, MMAD made significant progress in achieving our core aim: to change young lives through music and mentoring. This year, we provided direct support to hundreds of young people facing serious challenges such as homelessness, mental health struggles, or experiences of neglect and abuse. Our musicbased mentoring programs continued to offer a safe, creative outlet where young people could build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. We sustained our impact through: Continuous Reach & Impact: We sustained the number of program locations and sessions, particularly in communities with high need, during 2024 with consistent impact. Creative Industry Partnerships: We secured new inkind partnerships, connecting young people to inspiring role models, skills training, and realworld creative experiences. Most importantly, we ve seen young people thrive returning to school, securing safe housing, reuniting with family, and even becoming peer mentors themselves. These outcomes speak to the power of consistent support, creative expression, and a community that truly believes in their potential. MMAD s mission is more urgent than ever, and in 2024, we stayed true to it with heart, integrity, and impact.
