The vision of the MRC Foundation is to support a diverse range of initiatives within racing, equine welfare and the community. The purpose of the MRC Foundation is to generate and distribute charitable funds and inkind support in collaboration with the Melbourne Racing Club and partners. The MRC foundation has delivered on this purpose through collaboration with charities, local communities, equine welfare organisations and racing industry participants. Throughout the 2023/2024 financial year we donated over $900,000, which includes donations to partner charities, local community organisations, racing participant initiatives and equine welfare initiatives. This outcome was achieved through a broad range of programs and fundraising initiatives that enable the MRC foundation to achieve it purpose.
