Mountain Festival LTD

Mountain Festival Ltd is an internationally renowned and widelyloved festival of events that celebrates storytelling of all kinds connects us joyfully with nature, and is inspired by the land of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people (Macedon Ranges) Mountain helps us to build better individual and collective relationships with the natural environment by getting to know it more intimately through story and in turn motivating us to protect and be inspired by it. Our vision for Mountain Our objectives 1. To showcase diverse and immersive ways of telling and experiencing stories 2. To connect us joyfully with nature 3. To appeal to a diverse audience, and welcome groups who do not typically attend arts and literary festivals 4. To embrace and honour Indigenous stories and storytellers 5. To bolster the economy, identity, and wellbeing of the local community We delivered work this year by staging another Mountain Festival in November 2024.
