Mount Macedon Anzac Day Dawn Service IncorporatedRegistered

We conduct the ANZAC Day Dawn Service at the Mt Macedon Memorial Cross each year, for the benefit of veterans, exservice members and the general public. The 2024 dawn service included formal ceremonial elements and extensive community involvement including local secondary schools, exservice and community organisations. The main benefactors of the project are the veterans who attend for remembrance and the general public through commemoration of the service of Victorian veterans. Strong attendance levels and support by ExService and Emergency Service organisations show the Service is well regarded in delivering a highly memorable event. We received positive feedback from the schools involved, highlighting the understanding and education achieved for their participating students.
