We have partnered with migrant organisations and women's groups where English is a second language, supporting them in accessing training through RTO providers in Dandenong. Our focus is to offer guidance in their native language to enhance their English and communication skills, particularly for roles in early childhood education and as teacher aides. We are providing support with resume writing and job search strategies to the members of these communities. We also collaborated with mental health organisations to deliver awareness programs specifically designed for immigrants and ESL families. Working with food banks and religious organisations in feeding the homeless and needy.
