More Than Opera continued to support the Melbourne Ringwood Eisteddfod's Aria competition category supporting young emerging opera singers. More Than Opera staged a concert performance of a new opera by artist in residence May Lyon. Her new opera Pieces of Margery' was performed on 15 June 2024 to a full house. The opera about dementia between a couple coming to terms with a dementia diagnosis was the first of its kind and was warmly received.
