The company's object is to promote the lives and human rights of First Nations mob with disability in Queensland by: (a) Establishing a peak group for First Nations mob with disability in Queensland; (b) Representing the diversity of mob in Queensland including Aboriginal, South Sea and Torres Strait Islander peoples; (c) Empowering First Nations mob with disability in Queensland to understand and support each other; (d) Undertaking disability advocacy including systemic advocacy for the rights of First Nations mob with disability in Queensland; (e) Identifying gaps in support and services for First Nations mob with disability in Queensland and building capacity to close those gaps; and (f) Building culturally safe spaces for First Nations mob with disability in Queensland.
