Mixed Nuts Media is a notforprofit organisation delivering training, mentoring, video programs, arts projects and paid productions. We aim to increase self esteem, reduce social isolation and expand opportunities for people with mental health issues. Social media and short video formats online are an essential part of our training, and can greatly improve social interaction.
