We provided counselling, support and other services to families with children presenting with white matter disorders broadly known as leukodystrophies. We provided advice and guidance to families on accessing complex clinical and research genetic diagnostic services using whole exome and whole genome sequencing through Masimo's Mission. We continued to oversee research activities through Masimo's Mission focused on the development of stem cell and murine disease models and interventions based on gene therapies with our collaborators in Australia and overseas.
