Our Charity main support activities in Armenia are directed towards the elderly and refugees. Large number of programs are in place to deliver support to these groups. Some of these activities are: Daycare centers which provide: Nutrition services, provision of hot meals daily, Organizing of leisure for diverse groups based on interests and hobbies of beneficiaries, Psychosocial support, Legal counselling and advocacy. Home care services include: Provision of social counseling, case management, individual and group psychological support, Household service, personal hygiene, assisting with cleaning, preparing meals, and shopping, Arrangement of medical assistance, monitoring the health condition of the beneficiaries, accompanying them to medical facilities, 24/7 care centers provide: Place of residence and necessary household and personal hygiene items in accordance with gender and age, Assistance for personal hygiene as needed, Nutrition services, provision of hot meal three times per day with the special menu, Health care services, nursing care; diagnostic and therapeutic services through the regional service polyclinic and/or by the organization's doctor, provision of first medical aid; counseling and preventive services, Organization of cultural events and excursions, celebration of birthdays and other memorable occasions. Mission Armenia currently runs four child friendly spaces, where the vulnerable children, including displaced children and their parents/caregivers receive numerous services, aimed at ensuring the wellbeing of children. Child friendly spaces provide: Psychosocial support, legal counselling support, guidance on social, health and educational matters, Educational support: guidance on professional orientation, art therapy, entertainment, and cultural events, Rehabilitation courses, speech, and physiotherapy services, Training courses for children and their parents.
