In accordance with its Trust Deed, Minderoo may carry on any purpose that is charitable at law. Minderoo's programs include the following focus areas: Communities; Gender Equality; Natural Ecosystems, its Impact Missions, and its Effective Philanthropy enabling function. These programs help Minderoo achieve its charitable purposes by contributing to efforts focusing on: the early years, placedbased development initiatives, children and families, and community vibrancy and connection; ending modern slavery, promoting human rights, embedding gender equality, and reducing gender based violence; ensuring that ocean and terrestrial habitats flourish, global biodiversity, and action on climate change; reducing the negative impacts of plastic on human health, addressing urgent challenges and existential threats; and supporting the charity and notforprofits sector.
