Mind Medicine Australia exists to help alleviate the suffering and suicides caused by mental illness in Australia through expanding the treatment options available to medical practitioners and their patients. We will establish safe and effective psychedelicassisted treatments to treat a range of mental illnesses. Mind Medicine Australia is focused specifically on the clinical application of medicinal psilocybin and medicinal MDMA for certain mental illnesses. Our focus is wholly clinical. Notably, through the efforts of our charity, Australia became the First country in the World to reschedule the use of these medicines to treat PTSD and treatmentresistant depression in 2023. As a result, in 2024, we saw the first patients being treated with these breakthrough therapies as part of the mainstream healthcare system through psychiatrists with Authorised Prescriber status.
