We consulted community to understand their needs and desires for developing sustainable and socially responsible economic activity in the town and surrounds. We promoted Millaa Millaa and surrounds. We consulted community and government bodies regarding planning for the maintenance and protection of the environment and its iconic sites. We consulted community and government bodies regarding planning for the development and maintenance of the built environment, including but not limited to, lookouts, streetscapes parks and gardens, rural roads and tracks, buildings, services and other hard assets such as street furniture, signs and memorials. We will seek grants funding to support the establishment and operations for ongoing community events and educational opportunities, which will in turn provide business/sole traders with an income stream, thereby growing community cohesion and economic activity in the town. We support and provide local opportunities for training, and education for residents in the arts.
