Mentoring Men is a registered nonprofit organisation providing free, longterm, oneonone life mentoring for adult men across Australia. Our core activities in 2023 24 included: Mentor and mentee engagement: Outreach, assessment, screening, and onboarding processes that prioritise safety, readiness, and lived experience. Structured training and ongoing support: Evidenceinformed mentor training, regular All participants receive regular supervision, participate in peer support groups, and engage in professional development. Matching and relationship support: Careful, valuesaligned matching of mentors and mentees, ongoing monitoring, and early intervention where needed. Community connection and prevention: Facilitating men s peer support groups, community events, and mental health literacy programs to build social connection and resilience. Awareness and advocacy: Digital campaigns, public engagement, and partnerships to promote helpseeking, challenge stigma, and drive systemic change.
