Mental Health Foundation (ACT) Limited

Through a codesign and coproduction process, MHF worked with vulnerable people in the ACT, who have lived experience of mental illness. These includes the person and their informal and formal people. Services provided included accommodation and outreach aiming towards stable housing, capacity building, social inclusion and other skills that enabled the people to have a quality of life. This could not have been achieved without this support.
