The Melbourne Tramcar Preservation Association Inc aims to preserve a selection of former Melbourne trams that show the evolution in design of the standard W class model tramcar. We are also able to show the general public the coach building skills involved in their restoration. We have also established a working arrangement with Ballarat Tramway Museum Inc that allows us to operate some of our trams on their line in Wendouree Parade for the benefit of the public.
