MEGT pursues its charitable purposes through its four key channels: Our Apprenticeship Network Provider contract promotes employment and education, for Australians seeking an apprenticeship or traineeship. Our Group Training organisation (GTO) provides employment opportunities, including qualifications based training, for Apprentices and Trainees. The Indigenous Apprenticeship Training Network (IATN) initiative provides these opportunities for Indigenous Australians under the GTO model. Our Workforce Australia (WFA) division provides employment solutions for long term unemployed and youth. MEGT s State Contracts division provides employment solutions for specific cohorts, particularly those from a disadvantaged background
