With the help of dedicated volunteers, we collect bread from many local bakeries who generously donate their surplus at the end of the day. We slice the loaves, sort the rolls and buns and pack every item in plastic bags to maintain freshness, which is then delivered to the hungry and needy from our Community Workshop in Tempe and our outreach centres in Balmain, Erskenville, Lewisham, Mosman, Parramatta and Concord.
