Matthew Flinders Home Inc has staff and volunteers which enables us to provide: High Residential Aged Care and Dementia Care along with Transitional Care, Palliative Care and Respite Care. We enhance the quality of life of residents through the provision of holistic care and support services in an atmosphere that maintains dignity and supports individual rights. Day Centre and Day Therapy (Allied Health) services in conducting group social support events and lifestyle activities for people in the community where transport and meals are also available. Home Care for people living in the community to maintain or recover a level of independence which will allow them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Services as a NDIS provider.
