The Cafe operation seeks to promote a healthy and happy way of life. We are about plant based wholefoods, full of natural Phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals. We make use of fresh, wholesome and natural ingredients and promote a healthy lifestyle. This is supported by our cooking and food preparation sessions held both on site and on social media. Manna Haven has a program of offering subsidised meals to those less fortunate and supports a local soup style kitchen for the homeless.
