We facilitated access to allied health services for our elderly and other community members. We maintained and improved the facilities for doctors in the community to encourage continuity of service. We are providing assistance to those people requiring Home Care packages who are finding the process challenging. Our aim is for all eligible community members to have access to HCP and to carers who can provide them the assistance they need to be able to remain at home as they age.
