We envision a world where all girls have the opportunity to obtain a quality education, no matter their circumstances. We aim to achieve this by: * Increasing Gender Equality * Improving Life and Health Outcomes * Increasing Capacity for Advocacy We achieved our goals this year by continuing our Rohingya girls education program in Kutupalong refugee camp, Bangladesh, and by beginning a livelihoods program for vulnerable Bangladeshi women living in the host community surrounding the refugee camp. In 202324, Maiya School: * Educated 80 adolescent Rohingya girls in our refugee education program * Distributed 320 menstrual hygiene management kits to our students * Trained 91 women in employment and agricultural skills to support their livelihoods * Engaged 10 Rohingya girls in our youth advisory panel, building their capacity in advocacy and research skills.
