FOCUS Connect is a registered notforprofit charity dedicated to supporting an inclusive community. We provide essential services and foster connections for individuals, families, older adults, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals and families and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) background. We support the elderly people in South West Sydney and the Northern Suburbs of Sydney through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care Packages Program, offering essential personalised care that helps maintain their independence and offers tailored support. We provide a range of programs for all families including Multicultural and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) families in Campbelltown and the Macarthur region. Our services support families by strengthening bonds and fostering community connections, with the goal of enhancing quality of life for all, regardless of background or circumstances.
