Lord Mayor's Charitable TrustRegistered

For more than 70 years, the Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust's fundraising efforts have improved the wellbeing of the most marginalised and vulnerable members of the Brisbane community. The Trust continues the good work of the Lord Mayor, whose mission is to ensure the Brisbane of tomorrow is even better than the Brisbane of today. The Trust supports charitable organisations under the governance of a Trust deed and is guided by a board of Directors, including the Lady Mayoress, Chair of the Trust. Every year the Trust provides critical grants to local and grassroots activities which help to tackle Brisbane's biggest issues including homelessness, disability illness aid, domestic violence, and food scarcity.
