Our Mission is: Intentional Influence as an Institute pursuing excellence, we will inform, establish, demonstrate and/or disseminate new and refined knowledge, service models and practice in community & human services through: 1. Behaviour Support Services: We work with people who have need for behaviour services in a variety of settings. We support people with developmental delay, intellectual disability, cognitive impairment, acquired brain injury, dementia, development disabilities or a diagnosis of Down syndrome or Autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We also support children and young people who have experienced trauma. In fact, we can assist anyone who wants to change their behaviour. 2. Direct Support Services: Lojic work with people with multifaceted needs in a variety of settings, such as in your home, in the community and at your work. We specialise in delivering support to vulnerable people with behavioural support needs, through the delivery of individualised, evidencebased practice for people with disabilities, psychosocial support needs and those with trauma backgrounds. 3. Research & Development: we engage in research and evaluation activities for the furtherment of industry knowledge and understanding. We are establishing a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) with a sector focus to enable organisations in the human & community services industry to conduct research and evaluation that can then be published and disseminated to a broad audience; and 4. Learning Delivery & Consultancy: we deliver learning solutions and consultancy services to individuals and organisations in the Human and Community Services covering a wide number of topics including those directly related to the services we provide in our behaviour and direct support services.
