Living Ocean Incorporated

Centre for Marine Studies We are an environmental association that promotes awareness of human impact on the ocean through research, education, creative activation and support of others who sustain ocean health and integrity. Our projects expand the scientific and community understanding of coastal marine ecosystems in Australia and beyond. Living Ocean is listed on the Australian Register of Environmental Organisations. Donations to the Living Ocean Fund are tax deductible. Each of our projects have increased the awareness of key aspects that influence knowledge of certain issues facing the health of the oceans, and by default the health of our planet and all the life on it. We achieve this by way of citizen science projects that empower our volunteers and create a sense of response ability and defacto ownership of ocean life and environment.
