We provide emergency relief (food assistance and other basic material aid), personal counselling and outreach services to vulnerable individuals and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, severe financial hardship and other crisis situations. We operated an afterhours street outreach service to reach out to the most isolated members of our community to provide food relief and crisis assistance, and to foster a sense of belonging and community inclusion.
