What an incredible year 2024 has been for Life Chapel. Under the banner of our theme Open Heaven, we entered the year with a desire to see God remove limitations and open new doors for ministry, community connection, and spiritual growth and He has been so faithful. A major breakthrough was the approval of our Life Chapel Equipping Hub as a public building, which enabled greater community engagement. This year, over 100 parents connected through Life Chapel Playgroup, and our high school program ran consistently, impacting young lives. In February, we distributed 106 backtoschool packs to children in need a practical expression of God s love. Our weekly outreach at Hammond Park Secondary College has grown, and our Sunday services continue to expand, increasing our ability to reach our community. Our Sunday services have seen steady growth, not just in attendance but in depth and impact. This growth has strengthened our ability to lean into the needs of our wider community and share the hope of Jesus in tangible ways. LifeGroups remained the heartbeat of our church, providing care, discipleship, and meaningful connection for our congregation. In a growing church, they ve been essential in ensuring no one walks alone. A major highlight of the year was our firstever Carols in the Park. Held at Botany Park, right in the heart of Hammond Park, the event drew over 1,200 people a powerful night of celebration, music, and the message of Christmas. The joy and unity experienced that evening will be remembered for years to come. Overall, 2024 has been an exciting journey of spiritual growth, community engagement, and heartfelt service. As we look ahead to 2025, we do so with great anticipation, knowing that God is already preparing the way for even greater impact. With gratitude and expectation, John Mezbourian Senior Pastor | Life Chapel
