Liberty is committed to its service ethos of Livin' Well Lovin' Life so that our clients, community, and staff live a life that is better off. Liberty's vision is that People on the Gold Coast live happily in their home and community for their fullness of their life, and our mission, values and strategic objectives provide direction to the desired successful outcomes. To achieve this, a variety of services were delivered including individual support in the community (domestic, social support, personal care, respite, meal preparation, assistance to appointments, shopping support) and provided group socialisation opportunities both in the community and at our community centre to facilitate people being connected to a community. Liberty provides services who receive funding under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages and National Disability Insurance Scheme, as well as offering private fee for services. Assistance was also provided to several people through a Relief Fund who did not have the financial means needed to maintain their independence and connection to community. Liberty Community Connect embraces and values all people and our vision of inclusiveness extends to staff, clients, and community.
