KYUP! Project is a youthserving nonprofit organisation with over 15 years of experience delivering genderspecific, outofschool programming to girls in NSW. Our mission is to empower youth to raise their standards and champion their safety and wellbeing by amplifying their voices, emboldening their courage, and sharing critical life and selfdefence skills so they can take on challenges with confidence. KYUP! goals 1) Support the girls to identify and develop protective skills against violence and its negative effects 2) Prepare girls should they need to defend their boundaries and/or physical safety 3) Build a socialemotional foundation for the girls to raise their standards and fulfil their potential Our goal is to equip young people with the necessary life and selfdefence skills so they can face challenges with confidence. We do this by amplifying their voices, encouraging their bravery, and championing their safety and wellbeing.
