Established in 1979, KNC is the one of the largest independent, notforprofit, community led organisation which offers comprehensive cost effective access to services. Our focus is to support people, their families and carers to navigate the health and social care systems, access the services they require, when they require them, to maximise opportunities and to live independently. The KNC team includes a voluntary Board of experienced and dedicated Directors, Advisory Community Members including people with lived experience and a qualified team of staff and dedicated volunteers. KNC is an inclusive organisation to all, regardless of gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. KNC links people to services and exists to assist individuals to remove the effect of physical, attitudinal, communication and social barriers in the community and to assist them to maximize opportunities that enrich their live
