KKA was a voice on the Gardiners Creek Regional Collaboration aiming for a master plan for Gardiners Creek. KKA has been represented on the Urban Waterways Alliance and the Concerned Waterways Alliance and made representations to Local Councils. Projects KKA has organized with local communities have resulted in 15,000 plants being planted along the creek. 2 new Friends groups have been formed and work regularly.
