Knox Wind Symphony Incorporated

We ran two community bands in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, providing opportunities for nonprofessional musicians including school leavers, university students, music teachers, and many others to play varied repertoire as part of an ensemble and develop their skills. In 2024 our higherlevel band competed at both the National and State Band Championships as well as various concerts around Melbourne; we also launched our intermediate band, aimed at schoolaged musicians and school leavers, with great success.
